I want to tell a story of our town. Turning the all too familiar places into sets for the stories I want to tell. The unsettling nature of a small town, and the disruption of the endless cycle of perceived normalcy. The desperation for a pattern, a routine, mixed with the desire to assimilate. Exploring the places we’ve known since childhood and using them as props for my own expression. Maybe it’s to show our shared interest of the weird and unsettling. Or the itching inside us to be the main character. But I guess that falls short when you’re the one behind the camera. When looking at these picture I hope you feel the ghost of a story, something leaving you wanting to know more. The kind of thing that sucks you in and you can only hope spits you out.
